Non-compliant cladding was removed and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium cladding panels on this Canberra remediation project.

The element13 system was chosen for large-format panels that reduce joint lines and create a bold, uniform appearance.

Full compliance documentation — including CSIRO test certificates and NCC compliance pathways — was supplied to support the certification process.

3mm non-combustible solid aluminium panels tested to AS 1530.1 by CSIRO, with PPG PVDF coating for long-term colour retention. Independently tested for weather performance, impact resistance, and cyclonic wind loads.

This remediation project involved the removal of non-compliant cladding and replacement with non-combustible aluminium facade systems, meeting current NCC requirements.
