element13 at FIFE Industrial St Marys

This Sydney commercial development features 3mm solid aluminium cladding panels on its facade.

The element13 system was chosen for a wide colour palette that gave the design team flexibility on finish selection.

All products were supplied non-combustible to AS1530.1 with full compliance documentation.

3mm non-combustible solid aluminium panels tested to AS 1530.1 by CSIRO, with PPG PVDF coating for long-term colour retention. Independently tested for weather performance, impact resistance, and cyclonic wind loads.
