element13 at Namadgi School Reclad

A recladding project in Canberra where existing facade materials were replaced with 3mm solid aluminium cladding panels.

The element13 system was chosen for a wide colour palette that gave the design team flexibility on finish selection.

V&G provided the complete compliance pack required for remediation sign-off, including AS1530.1 test reports and installation documentation.

3mm non-combustible solid aluminium panels tested to AS 1530.1 by CSIRO, with PPG PVDF coating for long-term colour retention. Independently tested for weather performance, impact resistance, and cyclonic wind loads.

This remediation project involved the removal of non-compliant cladding and replacement with non-combustible aluminium facade systems, meeting current NCC requirements.
