Non-compliant cladding was removed and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium cladding panels on this Wollongong remediation project.

The element13 system was chosen for the flat, uninterrupted panel face that suits contemporary architectural language.

Full compliance documentation — including CSIRO test certificates and NCC compliance pathways — was supplied to support the certification process.

3mm non-combustible solid aluminium panels tested to AS 1530.1 by CSIRO, with PPG PVDF coating for long-term colour retention. Independently tested for weather performance, impact resistance, and cyclonic wind loads.

This remediation project involved the removal of non-compliant cladding and replacement with non-combustible aluminium facade systems, meeting current NCC requirements.
